Creating Your Janus Account

Welcome to Janus Digital! Getting started is quick and easy. Follow the steps below to create your account and start enhancing your guest experience:

Step 1: Visit the Signup Page

  • Go to the [Janus signup page](insert signup link).
  • You’ll see options for creating an account, including input fields for your information.

Step 2: Enter Your Information

  • Email Address: Provide a valid email address that you can access regularly. This will be used for login and account notifications.
  • Business Details:
    • Business Name: Enter your business’s name as you’d like it to appear on your Janus account.
    • Industry: Select the relevant industry (e.g., hospitality, retail) to tailor features for your needs.
  • Password: Choose a secure password that includes at least 8 characters, with a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols.

Step 3: Verify Your Email

  • After submitting your details, you will receive a verification email. Click the verification link in the email to confirm your account and activate it.
  • Troubleshooting Email Issues: If you don’t receive the email within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder. You can also resend the email by returning to the signup page and selecting “Resend Verification.”

Step 4: Initial Login

  • Once your email is verified, return to the Janus website and log in with your email and password.
  • Password Tips: For security, avoid using easily guessed passwords. If needed, you can use a password manager to keep your information safe.

Step 5: Set Up Your Profile

  • Upon logging in, you’ll be guided through a quick setup. Here, you can add details like:
    • Business Logo: Upload a logo to customize your account and brand identity.
    • Contact Information: Add your phone number and address, which may be displayed on your landing page for guest convenience.
    • Time Zone & Language: Adjust time zone and language settings to ensure accurate scheduling and notifications.

Step 6: Start Exploring

  • Now that your account is set up, you can explore the Janus dashboard. Check out features like the Chatbot Manager, Merchant Portal, and Guest Experience Center to get familiar with everything Janus offers.
  • For a guided tour, click “Take a Tour” in the dashboard, which will highlight key tools and tips for making the most of your Janus account.
