This guide helps you connect your chatbot to WhatsApp Business API (WABA) so your chatbot can start replying to guests on WhatsApp automatically.
Step 1: Log in to Janus Business Portal
- Open your browser
- Go to Janus Business Portal
✅ Once logged in, you will see your dashboard.
Step 2: Select Your Chatbot
Click on the chatbot you want to connect to WhatsApp
📌 Example: “Hotel Janus Bot” or “Homestay Assistant”
Step 3: Click the Link Icon 🔗
Click on the link icon
Choose “Connect with WABA” from the options
💡 This tells the system you want this chatbot to work on WhatsApp.
Step 4: Complete the WABA Onboarding
Now, just follow the on-screen instructions:
You may be asked to:
- Log in to your Facebook / Meta account
- Select or create a WhatsApp Business Account
- Choose the phone number to connect
- Grant permission for Janus to manage messages
👉 Just click Next / Continue / Allow when prompted.
⚠️ Important:
- Use a phone number that is not already used for WhatsApp
- Make sure your business details are correct
